Check out time is 11:00 am, if you will be vacating your campsite after check out time; a day use fee will apply. The Day Use Fee is half of your campsite fee. Located just south of Flagstaff off I-17 (exit 337) in the Fort Tuthill County Park. Note that Google Maps has the campground location in the wrong place in the park. The exact location is here.
